NIAID Workshop on HIV Co-Factors/Restriction Factors NOTE: The objective of the workshop will be to discuss the current status of the field; determine the best approach for validating the mechanism of action of host molecules in primary cells; and, promote development of assays which recreate the activity of a cellular co-factor, or a cellular restriction, with the goal of producing a high throughput screening assay for testing chemical compound libraries. |
