Funding of Keystone Symposia…
Keystone Symposia is a non-profit organization, and our revenue is derived primarily from three sources: conference fees, industry and foundation support, and government grants. Conference fee revenue covers all operational expenses. Government conference grants as well as some grants from private foundations provide scholarships for graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and scientists from developing nations. However, we rely on gifts from industry and private foundations to help us subsidize program costs such as speaker expenses, particularly for those speakers from academia and other non-profit organizations. This valued support has made possible Keystone Symposia's international reputation for scientific excellence.

In addition to support for programs and speakers, Keystone Symposia also receives generous donations to our Future of Science Fund from industry, foundations, government grants, and from individuals.
