Registration Cancellation Policy

Registrants who do not cancel according to the following guidelines will forfeit all fees.

• You may complete the Registration Cancellation Form below or you must write, e-mail, or fax your registration cancellation request to Keystone Symposia, prior to the meeting date.
  
  
• Transportation and lodging must be cancelled with the resort and/or transportation company.
  
  
• Registration refunds will be processed within 30-60 days.
  
  

Cancellations received at least 15 days prior to meeting date:

• You will receive all amounts paid to the Keystone Symposia minus a $100 handling fee. You will also forfeit the $50 abstract fee (if applicable) and the $50 late fee. Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment or by check.
  
  

Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to meeting date:

• You will receive no refund from the Keystone Symposia (please note, substitutions for the current conference season are welcome).
  
  

Lodging Cancellation Policy

Registrants who do not cancel according to the following guidelines will forfeit all fees.

• Transportation and lodging must be cancelled directly with the resort and/or transportation company.
  
  
• You must write, e-mail, or fax your cancellation request to the resort or hotel, prior to your arrival date.
  
  

Cancellation policies vary; contact your specific hotel for details.
