Registration Cancellation Policy

Registrants who do not cancel according to the following guidelines will forfeit all fees.

• You may complete the Registration Cancellation Form below or you must write, e-mail, or fax your registration cancellation request to Keystone Symposia, prior to the meeting date.
  
  
• Transportation and lodging must be cancelled with the resort and/or transportation company.
  
  
• Registration refunds will be processed within 30-60 days.
  
  
• In order to process refunds for credit card transactions that are 180 days out from the original date of sale, credit card information must be provided. Please contact Attendee Services with the necessary information. The information should include the original credit card number, card holder name and expiration date.

Cancellations received at least 15 days prior to meeting date:

• You will receive all amounts paid to Keystone Symposia minus a $150 handling fee. You will also forfeit the $50 abstract fee (if applicable) and the $50 late fee. Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment or by check.
  
  

Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to meeting date:

• You will receive no refund from Keystone Symposia (please note, substitutions for the current conference season are welcome).
  
  

Registrations are transferrable to another meeting in the same conference season OR to a colleague for the original meeting. Transfers must be received two weeks from the cancel request or before the meeting end date, whichever comes first.

Transportation and Lodging Cancellation Policy

Registrants who do not cancel according to the following guidelines will forfeit all fees.

• Transportation and lodging must be cancelled directly with the resort and/or transportation company.
  
  
• You must write, e-mail, or fax your cancellation request to the resort or hotel, prior to your arrival date.
