- The Registration Fee includes the Abstract Submission Fee.

- The Registration Fee is $665.00 on and before February 5, 2010.
- After February 5, 2010, the Registration Fee is $765.00
- To qualify for the Student Discount, you must complete the Student Verification section of the Registration Form.
- The Student Registration Fee is $440.00 on and before February 5, 2010.
- After February 5, 2010, the Registration Fee is $540.00
