Travel and Transportation Information

 Travel Reminders: Due to the constantly changing nature of travel, we urge people to research their own travel requirements, including Passport and Visa requirements, documentation for re-entry into country of residence, and any other identification needed, and allow sufficient time in advance of the meeting for processing of such documentation.

Be sure to confirm air and hotel arrangements at least 24 hours in advance of departure. As a reminder, never leave your wallet and passport unattended while traveling, and have xerox copies of all identification and credit cards in case of theft of originals.

 Ground Transportation: For transportation from Denver International Airport to Breckenridge, call Colorado Mountain Express at 800-525-6363 (In US or Canada) or 970-468-7600; Fax: 970-468-0364; www.ridecme.com. The cost is $130.40 round-trip. Advance reservations required with credit card, identify yourself with Keystone Symposia (Group Code - KSSY) to receive this rate.

 Driving Directions: Allow 2.5 hours for driving from Denver International Airport. Breckenridge is located 100 miles (160 km) west of Denver International Airport. From the airport, take Peña Boulevard to Interstate-70 to Exit 203 at Frisco. Follow Highway 9 southbound through Frisco to Breckenridge. Immediately before the roundabout turn right and follow signs for South Highway 9. In approximately 1.1 miles, turn right onto Village Road where you will drive directly to Beaver Run Resort.

NOTE: Those departing from Beaver Run on Sunday afternoons should allow extra time for skier traffic going back to Denver.
