In 2012, Keystone Symposia formed a new society to recognize meeting alumni and friends who make estate contributions (e.g., simple bequests, planned gifts, other estate provisions) of any amount or percentage of estate to the Keystone Symposia Future of Science Fund. Keystone Society members will be recognized in perpetuity on all Keystone Symposia acknowledgement platforms, including websites, meeting books and annual reports.

Those who join The Keystone Society before June 30, 2014 will be recognized in perpetuity as Charter Members. Donors always have the option of making their gifts anonymously.

Programs supported by the Keystone Symposia Future of Science Fund include:

  • Competitive-based Scholarships for Students and Postdoctoral Fellows
  • General Conference Program Support (if you designate this category, your estate gift will go to the Directors' Fund, which allows us greater flexibility to organize conferences in areas of need)

Members of The Keystone Society will enjoy a shared satisfaction in knowing their legacies played a vital role in providing educational program or scholarship support to help fulfill Keystone Symposia's mission of catalyzing collaborations to accelerate discovery and of preparing and positioning the next generation of leading life scientists.

To join, please download The Keystone Society form, and mail or email it to Keystone Symposia using the contact information provided. The Development Team would be happy to discuss your interest in The Keystone Society or other matters. Contact them at email: plannedgiving@keystonesymposia.org.
