Ski storage/lockers: Ski storage is available in each lodge for free with a room reservation.

Equipment rentals:  Snowbird Resort offers a 30% discount on ski and snowboard equipment rentals for Keystone Symposia attendees. To receive the discount, pick up a Rental Coupon from the Keystone Symposia registration desk located at the meeting. Rental Coupons will be good for rental discounts only at the Snowbird rental outlets: Cliff Sports, Creekside Sports and Snowbird Resort Demo Center.

Ski Area Notes:  Snowbird Cliff Lodge is a ski-in/ski-out resort that caters to all ranges of skiers. Keystone Symposia namebadges or a Snowbird lodging card must be presented at the ticket window to ensure discounts on lift tickets at Snowbird. Alta Ski Area and Snowbird offer Telemarking, and Snowshoe rentals and trails. Alta Ski Area offers Cross Country rentals and trails.

X-country Skiing Walking distance Shuttle/Bus required Snowbird Resort has some trails, however the canyon is quite steep. See the Alta Ski Area site information for alternatives.

Fitness Center Walking distance FREE Shuttle/Bus available The Cliff Lodge and the Lodge at Snowbird both have complimentary fitness rooms for hotel guests.
Spa Walking distance FREE Shuttle/Bus available The Cliff Spa offers a world-class spa with an expansive fitness facility, yoga room, roof-top pool and hot tub. See the Snowbird Resort website for details. Call ahead for reservations to their yoga classes and spa treatments. The Spa is accessible for a TBD% discounted fee, which is completely waived with the purchase of a treatment.
Swimming Walking distance A complimentary heated outdoor pool and hot tubs are available for all paid hotel guests in all lodges.


Snowbird Resort is surrounded by beautiful mountains but the city of Salt Lake is 20 minutes away by car. Food options are concentrated within walking distance. A good suggestion is to purchase some snacks to keep in your room during your stay. Most rooms have a mini fridge and coffee maker. The Cliff Lodge offers 2 breakfast restaurants, 1 for lunch and 2 for dinner. The Snowbird Center offers additional options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Snowbird Center can be accessed by either a free shuttle or a short walk across a groomed snowfield. Check General Gritts' Market and Deli for additional options and other resort eateries.
