Ski storage/lockers: Ski storage is available in each lodge for free with a room reservation.

Equipment rentals:  Snowbird Resort offers a 30% discount on All-Day ski and snowboard equipment rentals for Keystone Symposia attendees. To receive the discount, pick up a Rental Coupon from the Keystone Symposia registration desk located at the meeting. Rental Coupons will be good for rental discounts only at the Snowbird rental outlets: Cliff Sports, Creekside Sports and Snowbird Resort Demo Center. Consider planning your ski days and keeping rentals for the entire duration of ski days rather than return and rerent.

Ski Area Notes:  Snowbird Cliff Lodge is a ski-in/ski-out resort that caters to all ranges of skiers. Keystone Symposia namebadges or a Snowbird lodging card must be presented at the ticket window to ensure discounts on lift tickets at Snowbird. Alta Ski Area and Snowbird offer Telemarking, and Snowshoe rentals and trails. Alta Ski Area offers Cross Country rentals and trails.

It has the largest collection of original Scandinavian works in the US and is housed in a historic building from 1916. Private tours of 45 minutes are available for groups of 5 or more at only $5 per person or smaller groups of attendees are welcome to visit the galley for free during opening hours at their leisure. Snowbird Resort is surrounded by beautiful mountains but Salt Lake is 20 minutes away by car and only about 40 minutes to downtown. Food options are concentrated within walking distance. A good suggestion is to purchase some snacks to keep in your room during your stay. Most rooms have a mini fridge and coffee maker. The Cliff Lodge offers 2 breakfast restaurants, 1 for lunch and 1 for dinner. The Snowbird Center offers additional options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Snowbird Center can be accessed by either a free shuttle or a short walk across a newly constructed bridge. Check General Gritts' Market and Deli for additional options and other resort eateries. It also offers a liquor store for bottles of wine and spirits.
