These companies may tell you that the meeting is filling and seek to take your lodging reservation and obtain your credit card number. This includes Passport and Visa requirements, documentation for re-entry into country of residence and any other identification needed. Please allow sufficient time in advance of the meeting for processing of all necessary documentation.

Be sure to confirm air and hotel arrangements at least 24 hours in advance of departure. As a reminder, never leave your wallet and passport unattended while traveling, and have photocopies of all identification and credit cards in case of theft or loss.

T. F. Green Providence International Airport (PVD) is the recommended airport for this conference. For specific airport information, visit Providence Airport.

However, because of this airport's smaller size and limited flights, Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) is another larger airport that may be a better option for some attendees. It is approximately 90 minutes away by car. For specific airport information, visit Boston International Airport



FOR ATTENDEES FLYING INTO BOSTON LOGAN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (BOS):

All Occasion Transportation
is providing attendees with exclusive and discounted transfer service from Boston Logan Airport.

To and from Boston, a one way transfer will cost $70 and includes gratuity, service fees, and tolls.

You MUST MAKE A RESERVATION in advance to receive the discount and to guarantee a seat. The registration deadline for booking this shuttle service is Tuesday, April 12. Bookings after this date are at the full rate, must be done by calling the company at 401-312-0945 and are subject to a space available basis.

You must book directly with them by going to All Occasion Limousine.

Their discounted rates only apply to the arrival (Sunday, April 17) and departure (Friday, April 22) dates of the meetings and are valid to/from the Hyatt Regency Newport ONLY. For all other specific dates, needs or requests, please contact the company directly. Please keep in mind their regular rates may be more expensive than our discounted rates.
