Please be advised that a few meeting participants have received calls and emails from a number of different housing services - "Exhibitors Housing Services", "Global Housing", etc. THESE COMPANIES ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH KEYSTONE SYMPOSIA and are not authorized by Keystone Symposia to contact you. These companies may tell you that the meeting is filling and seek to take your lodging reservation and obtain your credit card number. We highly recommend that you not make a reservation with these companies or any other housing service! These companies' representations to participants have been misleading. Please report to Keystone Symposia any calls or correspondence you might have received and book only through the lodging link on our website, an established travel agency, or directly with the hotel.

Travel and Transportation



Due to the constantly changing nature of travel, we urge people to research their own travel requirements. This includes Passport and Visa requirements, documentation for re-entry into country of residence and any other identification needed. Please allow sufficient time in advance of the meeting for processing of all necessary documentation.

Be sure to confirm air and hotel arrangements at least 24 hours in advance of departure. As a reminder, never leave your wallet and passport unattended while traveling, and have photocopies of all identification and credit cards in case of theft or loss.

Munich International Airport (MUC), Innsbruck Airport (INN) or Salzburg (W.A. Mozart) Airport (SZG) are the recommended airports for this conference. For specific airport information, visit Munich Airport, Innsbruck Airport, or Salzburg Airport.

It is recommended to fly into either Munich, Germany or Innsbruck, Austria, as those are the airports closest to the conference location. For international flights, Munich Airport is the easiest and most direct. Approximate transfer times to Alpbach are:

-- from Innsbruck Airport, 1 hour by taxi

PLEASE NOTE: For public transportation (train or bus), or for taxi transport, you will need to book ground transportation on your own. If you travel by taxi, you will need to provide your exact arrival time and date, flight number, number of persons who will travel, and your destination in Alpbach
