Please be advised that a few meeting participants have received calls and emails from a number of different housing services -
"Exhibitors Housing Services", "Global Housing", etc. THESE COMPANIES ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH KEYSTONE SYMPOSIA and are not
authorized by Keystone Symposia to contact you. These companies may tell you that the meeting is filling and seek to take
your lodging reservation and obtain your credit card number. We highly recommend that you not make a reservation with these
companies or any other housing service! These companies' representations to participants have been misleading. Please report
to Keystone Symposia any calls or correspondence you might have received and book only through the lodging link on our website,
an established travel agency, or directly with the hotel.
Due to the constantly changing nature of travel, we urge people to research their own travel
requirements. This includes Passport and Visa requirements, documentation for re-entry into country
of residence and any other identification needed. Please allow sufficient time in advance of the
meeting for processing of all necessary documentation.
Be sure to confirm air and hotel arrangements at least 24 hours in advance of departure. As
a reminder, never leave your wallet and passport unattended while traveling, and have photocopies
of all identification and credit cards in case of theft or loss.

The cost is $50.00 per trip for up to 4 people, including VAT. Remember to mention Keystone Symposia in order to receive the discounted rate—the regular rate is $53/person person/per trip.
The trip takes approximately one hour.
After clearing customs, attendees will be met by staff holding a sign that says SPEKE RESORT MUNYONYO.
From Entebbe International Airport
Head southeast on Airport Road toward Mugwanya Rd
Continue onto Circular Rd/Kampala - Entebbe Rd for 36 km
At the roundabout, take the 5th exit onto Salama Rd

VISA NOTE: Uganda Visa fees for both visitors and business travelers are as follows:
Short stay up to three months - USD50.00
Six Month Visa - USD100.00
Twelve Month Visa - USD200.00
Passengers can still obtain visas on arrival at Entebbe.
HEALTH NOTE:
Visitors should take Malaria precautions. It is advisable to drink bottled water - available in all areas of the country - rather than tap water.
