Please be advised that some meeting participants have received calls and emails from a number of different housing services, including "Exhibitors Housing Services," “Expo Housing Services,” "Global Housing," etc. THESE COMPANIES ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH KEYSTONE SYMPOSIA and are not authorized by Keystone Symposia to contact you. Due to the constantly changing nature of travel, we urge people to research their own travel requirements. This includes Passport and Visa requirements, documentation for re-entry into country of residence and any other identification needed. Please allow sufficient time in advance of the meeting for processing of all necessary documentation.

Be sure to confirm air and hotel arrangements at least 24 hours in advance of departure. As a reminder, never leave your wallet and passport unattended while traveling, and have photocopies of all identification and credit cards in case of theft or loss.

São Paulo/Guarulhos–Governador André Franco Montoro International Airport (GRU) is the recommended airport for this conference. For specific airport information, visit GRU Airport.



ADVANCE RESERVATIONS FOR GROUND TRANSPORTATION MUST BE BOOKED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.

PLEASE NOTE - Availability is limited and confirmation is required!

Contact Gabriela or Eduardo, Signature DMC, by phone at +54 11-4772-2647 or send an email to gburria@signaturedmc.com or etuite@signaturedmc.com in order to verify ground transportation availability BEFORE booking your flight! Once you have provided your flight itinerary and requested and paid for ground transportation, then you should receive a confirmation from Gabriela or Eduardo at Signature DMC. If you have not provided this information and wish to arrange transportation, you must to do so in advance by contacting Gabriela or Eduardo by phone or email.

Note that the shuttle will run from Sao Paulo International Airport (GRU) ONLY on the 19 November for arrival and 24 November for departure. For different dates a private car option is available.

Shuttle buses will be available for booking from the São Paulo International Airport (GRU) to hotels for arrivals as follows:

Shuttle times may vary based on bookings. For departures, shuttle times will be determined based on departure flights.

Cost of shared shuttles (at least 2 pax) is $80 USD, one way; a private car is also available for $200 USD, one way. If you need ground transportation on any other day, a private car service will be available at the cost of $200 USD (per car, maximum of 3 people with luggage).

If anyone is flying into the domestic airport in the city, Congonhas (CGH), shuttles are available on request at a rate of $200 USD for a private car (maximum of 3 people with luggage).

Once you have cleared customs and retrieved your luggage, please look for a greeter with a Keystone Symposia sign. If you have a flight delay or need to contact someone regarding changes to your travel plans, contact Gabriela or Eduardo.


From Sao Paulo International Airport

  • Get on Rodovia Ayrton Senna da Silva from Rodovia Hélio Smidt
  • Continue on Rodovia Ayrton Senna da Silva to Av. Jacu-Pêssego Nova Trabalhadores, take Exit 23 from Rodovia Ayrton Senna da Silva
  • Continue to São Paulo
  • Follow Rodoanel Mário Covas and BR-050 to BR-101 in Cubatão
  • From BR-050, take Exit 55B
  • Merge onto BR-101 and follow BR-101 and Rodovia Cônego Domênico Rangoni / Rodovia Piaçaguera-Guarujá through 1 roundabout
  • Turn left onto Avenida Santos Dumont and continue onto Avenida Puglisi
  • Turn left onto Avenida Marechal Deodoro da Fonseca and ontinue onto Av. Miguel Estéfano
  • Turn left and the destination will be on the right
  • Distance is approximately 117 km
  • The drive takes approximately 2 hours, depending upon road and traffic conditions

There is a car park for guests at a rate of $49 BRL per car/overnight

Car park is available for non-guests
  • First Hour: $22 BRL per car
  • Up to 6 hours: $50 BRL per car
