Hilton Santa Fe/Historic Plaza is located within a few blocks of the Santa Fe marketplace, where local Indians exhibit and sell their hand-crafted products. Museums, art galleries and restaurants are easily accessible. Downhill and cross-country skiing is available at the nearby Santa Fe Ski Basin, and a complimentary ski shuttle is available from the hotel.

Parking Information:

The Hilton Santa Fe/Historic Plaza charges a fee for parking. The downtown of Santa Fe is within a 1/4 block of the hotel.

The food included will be:
  • a buffet breakfast each day of the meeting except departure day
  • coffee breaks
  • Social Hour with light snacks during poster sessions
The food offered varies by site. Menus of the daily food offered, as well as menus for area restaurants, when available, will be posted on-site. Social Hour is provided in order to give attendees an opportunity to socialize, enjoy a light snack and participate in the poster session. Limited seating is available.

Clothing Note:

The meetings are "resort casual" in dress (khakis, jeans, casual shirts, sweaters). Even if you are not participating in outdoor activities, we suggest you bring clothes appropriate for local weather temperatures. Clothes that can be layered, for use both indoors and outdoors, will work best.

Winter temperatures in Santa Fe are usually between 30-50+ degrees Fahrenheit, with frequent snowfall. There are over 300 days of sunshine yearly, and the air is crisp and pure no matter the season, so please bring sunglasses and sunscreen.
