Sagebrush Inn Conference Center is separate from the guest rooms, so a short walk outside will be necessary. For guests not staying at Sagebrush Inn, accommodations are spread out over five miles (8km). Arrival and departures times for in-town shuttles are subject to change at any time and rental cars are recommended.

A shuttle line runs from Sagebrush Inn & Suites to downtown historic Taos. Shuttle times and pick up locations will be available at the meeting. A complimentary shuttle to and from Taos Ski Valley will be available daily during the conference. A rental car is suggested for trips outside of town.
The food included will be:
- a buffet breakfast each day of the meeting except departure day
- coffee breaks
- Social Hour with light snacks during poster sessions

The meetings are "resort casual" in dress (khakis, jeans, casual shirts, sweaters). Even if you are not participating in outdoor activities, we suggest you bring clothes appropriate for local weather temperatures. Clothes that can be layered, for use both indoors and outdoors, will work best.
January and February temperatures in Taos typically range between 25-45 degrees Fahrenheit, with frequent heavy snowfall.
Scientists with disabilities are welcome and encouraged to participate in Keystone Symposia meetings.
