January 27—31, 2020 | Santa Fe Community Convention Center, Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA

Digital Toolkit

Welcome to your Digital Toolkit, a suite of ready-to-go communications materials designed to raise awareness of your conference. The quality of our events hinges entirely on the expertise, diversity and leadership of our attendees – spread the word and engage your community to join us for impactful science and innovative discussions.

Who is this for?   This toolkit is for participants of the meeting – Organizers, Speakers, Short Talk Presenters, Scholarship Awardees, Poster Presenters, Session Chairs, etc. You are all integral members of the Keystone Symposia community and we invite you to serve as ambassadors for the upcoming meeting. We encourage you to spread the word among your scientific and social networks.

How do I use this?   For any event to be successful, information should be disseminated via a variety of mediums, including social media, professional communications and face-to-face interactions. As such, we encourage you to utilize the resources in this toolkit in a variety of ways to engage your networks. A campaign approach that leverages all of these angles is very effective, as outlined below. Feel free to use this template, or develop your own to raise awareness and enthusiasm about the upcoming meeting.
