Stay at the forefront of your field — and every field that touches it. Digital Pass grants access to Keystone Symposia meetings across all categories, with a customized plan built around your institutional research scope. Sample conferences include:

Teams that need broad, cost-effective access to cutting-edge science — need Digital Pass.
Digital Pass complements in-person attendance by extending the same meeting content to teams worldwide, enabling first-hand collaboration and equitable access across organizations. Plus, it's easy to implement and scalable.
Equip graduate programs, training cores, and seminar series with current, unpublished science from across disciplines.
Graduate & faculty development
Give principal investigators and their teams a single shared lens on the meetings defining their research areas.
Cross-lab alignment
Connect physician scientists and clinical fellows with translational research without the travel calendar, cost, and environmental footprint.
Translational access
Brief discovery, translational, and clinical teams on emerging targets, modalities, and the science behind them.
Topic monitoring
Outfit individual labs or consortia with a pooled seat allocation that flexes with project priorities.
Whole-lab accessDigital Pass extends the reach of Keystone Symposia content beyond individual attendees, enabling broader access and first-hand collaboration across research teams and global locations.
Don't choose between in-person attendance and broad team access. With Digital Pass, do both — simultaneously.
Enable teams to learn, collaborate, and engage — wherever they are, on their own time.
Extend the value of a single meeting at a fraction of the cost of registration and travel for additional attendees.
No individual-registration overhead. No per-seat invoices. Your administrator runs the program; your researchers simply press play.
Tell us your team size and focus. We design a subscription around your research needs — by seat, bundle, or institution-wide.
Share one registration link or org code. Your team redeems it on KSConnect — no tickets to chase.
Join live or watch On Demand — cutting-edge science, whenever it fits. Revisit sessions and keep learning long after the meeting ends.*
*Recorded viewing available 1–2 weeks after the conference.
Your administrator sets everything up on KSConnect and shares one link — researchers just press play. No per-seat invoices, no tickets to chase.
How institutions are using Digital Pass to extend the value of a single meeting across research teams, departments, and global locations.
At the Life Sciences Institute (University of Michigan) we have noticed that our faculty are sending fewer students and trainees to conferences due to both costs and visa issues. To enhance the quality of our training, and to make sure we keep scientific impact at the highest levels, we are now offering the Keystone Digital Pass to our entire workforce. We purchased 60 tokens for a workforce of about 300 faculty, staff, and students, and about half of these were snapped up in the first two weeks of the program.
