Vaccines are an effective tool in medicine, yet unmet needs persist—from durable protection against infectious diseases to vaccines for cancer and chronic diseases—that limit their impact. Breakthroughs in science are reshaping the field and redefining how vaccines are discovered, designed, evaluated, and deployed. 

This Keystone Symposia conference on Vaccinology: Next-Generation Advances in Transforming Immunity will explore precision and systems vaccinology, tissue-targeted immune responses, correlates of immunity, and structure-guided antigen design.
