Hormonal signaling plays a critical role in regulating immunity and cancer, yet its dynamic influence across the lifespan remains underexplored in both research and clinical practice. Increasing evidence suggests that hormone receptors and changing hormone levels shape cancer risk, progression, and treatment response, underscoring the need for more integrated investigation. 

This Keystone Symposia conference on Hormonal Influences on Immunity and Cancer Across the Lifespan is designed to advance understanding of cancer etiology, prevention, and treatment approaches. In collaboration with the Endocrine Society, the program integrates basic, translational, and clinical perspectives to examine hormone receptor signaling, lifespan-associated changes, and their implications for disease.
