Meeting Summary

Proximity-based modalities, including induced proximity (IP) and targeted protein degradation, represent a transformative therapeutic approach with growing clinical potential for treating a broad range of diseases. While the field is rapidly advancing,   unlocking its full potential requires collaboration across academia, industry, and medicine to move early concepts through validation and into the clinic. This conference will foster cross-sector connections, while exploring foundational discoveries, deepening understanding of mechanisms,  highlighting strategies for creating induced proximity therapies, and examining the latest clinical advancements.

Innovation:

This meeting will be held jointly with the The Ubiquitin Family in Biology and Disease conference, to further enable insights between basic and translational scientists to drive discovery and therapeutic innovation towards new induced proximity modalities that will benefit patients in decades to come. Career roundtables, meet the editor events, and drug discovery workshops that are built into the program are designed to enhance interdisciplinary communication and connections across academia and industry to accelerate clinical advances in the field.
