PLEASE NOTE: Conference lodging for our attendees is only held until December 10, 2025 at which time the hotel rooms are released to the general public. Once released to the public we cannot guarantee availability or the discounted rate! HOWEVER, DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THIS DATE TO BOOK YOUR LODGING! Please book as soon as possible as our conference lodging MAY still sell out before this date!
Cancelation policy: Rooms canceled more than 48 hours before the arrival date will receive a full refund to the form of payment on record. Rooms canceled inside of 48 hours will incur a 20% charge of the full amount and, within 24 hours, 80% will be charged.
