General Event Lodging Information
To book your lodging at the Nine Tree Premier Rokaus Hotel Seoul Yongsan, the recommended hotel for the conference where we have arranged a discounted rate, please do the following:
1. Click here to access website. Then select language and click reservation tab.
2. Select the Check in and Check out dates. Confirm number of rooms and guests.
3. Click the yellow icon to the left of the "Promotion Code" field to enter a code. Then under the "Corporate Code" enter "KRNA27."
4. Click search and then apply to see discounted rooms and rates.
PLEASE NOTE: Conference lodging for our speakers is only held until February 17, 2027 at which time the hotel rooms are released to the general public. Once released to the public we cannot guarantee availability or the discounted rate! HOWEVER, DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THIS DATE TO BOOK YOUR LODGING! Please book as soon as possible as our conference lodging MAY still sell out before this date!
Cancelation policy: Rooms canceled within 7 before the arrival date, including no-shows, will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total reservation amount to the credit card provided as a guarantee at time of reservation.
