General Event Lodging Information

PLEASE NOTE: Conference lodging for our speakers is only held until January 20, 2027 at which time the hotel rooms are released to the general public. Once released to the public we cannot guarantee availability or the discounted rate! HOWEVER, DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THIS DATE TO BOOK YOUR LODGING! Please book as soon as possible as our conference lodging MAY still sell out before this date!

Cancelation policy: Rooms canceled more than 48 hours before the arrival date will receive a full refund to the guaranteed form of payment provided at time of reservation. Rooms canceled after that will be subject to a cancellation charge.
