Kim Good-Jacobson, PhD
Monash University
Kim Good-Jacobson, Ph.D., is a Professor, NHMRC Investigator Fellow and Co-Head of the Immunity Program at the Monash University Biomedicine Discovery Institute (Australia). Her research focuses on how the immune system clears pathogens and forms immunity via B cell memory and antibody production. Her lab employs advanced epigenomic and single-cell techniques, pre-clinical models, and innovative tools to track rare memory cells, aiming to understand immunity formation and identify disruptions in chronic diseases or autoimmunity. Dr.?Good-Jacobsen is a prominent leader in the Australian immunology community, a dedicated mentor and currently serves as the steering committee Chair for the Australian B cell Dialogue, the biennial meeting of B cell biologists across Australia.
Deepta Bhattacharya, PhD
University of Arizona
Deepta Bhattacharya, Ph.D., is a Professor of Immunobiology and Executive Director of the Center for Advanced Molecular and Immunological Therapies at The University of Arizona. Dr.?Bhattacharya’s research is focused on mechanisms that control the duration of immunity and antibody production. His prior work revealed transcription factors and metabolic pathways that control these processes. Dr.?Bhattacharya has co-founded several biopharmaceutical companies and received many accolades for his work. His organizing committee experience includes the 2023 Midwinter Conference of Immunology.
Taras Kreslavsky, PhD
Karolinska Institutet
Taras Kreslavskiy (Kreslavsky), Ph.D., is a Principal Researcher and team leader at the Department of Medicine, Solna of Karolinska Institute (Sweden) and a tenured Associate Professor at the Department of Pathology, University of Chicago. His research focuses on understanding the mechanisms of cell fate decisions in lymphocytes. His discoveries have provided new insights into the formation and function of immunological memory, opening up new avenues for improving vaccine design and developing therapies for autoimmune diseases and cancers. Dr. Kreslavskiy is the initiator and co-organizer of the Karolinska Immunology Seminar Series, the largest regular immunology seminar series in Sweden.
