• The registration fee includes admission to all scientific sessions, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, meals/refreshments that are listed in the individual meeting agenda.
• Accommodations and travel are NOT included in registration fee. See Host Hotel Lodging and Travel Information for more information.
• Listed Products, Rates and Deadlines listed are for the 2024 conference "Fungal Pathogens: Emerging Threats and Future Challenges" conference only.
• Registrations are subject to the Cancellation and Transfer Policy.
• Changes in payment type that result in a refund are subject to a processing fee.
• Currency exchange gains/losses are the responsibility of the registrant and the Keystone Symposia will accept no liability for money loss through bank charges, transfers or currency fluctuations.

Livestream and On Demand meeting products:

• On Demand registration alone does NOT include a livestream component. On Demand recordings are available approximately 1-2 weeks after the meeting has concluded. Access lasts for a period of 6 months from the end of the meeting.
• Livestream registration includes On Demand access.
• Livestream and On Demand Access includes presentations from the main session room ONLY, unless otherwise noted. Plenary session and workshops that occur in the main conference room will be broadcast; roundtables, poster sessions, and events in breakout rooms are not typically included in the livestream.
• Both products include networking capabilities through the event mobile app.
• In some cases, speakers may opt out of the Livestream and/or On Demand products.
• By making virtual viewing possible through Livestream and On Demand, Keystone Symposia seeks to provide access to most or all of the main presentations of the meeting to the remote audience in a dynamic, engaging format. Access to the latest scientific advances should not be restricted based on country of origin, residence or citizenship. We aim to empower scientists locally and globally to continue to drive science and medicine forward by connecting with these discoveries and with each other, on the virtual platform.
