Abstract selections are peer reviewed by meeting organizers and acceptance is based on quality of scientific content. Organizers may also select some abstracts for a short oral presentation as part of the program at the conference. Poster space may be limited, submit early!

How to Pay for and Submit an Abstract

1. Find a Meeting
   • Go to the Conference List to choose the meeting you're submitting to.
2. Access the Submission Portal
   • Click the “Submit an Abstract” button (please note, you will be directed to pay the non-refundable $50 fee first).
3. Log In
   • If you already have an account, log in with your email and password or if not, use the Sign Up button to create one.
4. Pay the Fee
   • Complete the two-step payment process to pay the non-refundable $50 abstract fee.
5. Confirmation Email & Abstract Submission
   • After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to submit your abstract as well as the abstract formatting guidelines.
   • Check your spam/junk folders for the follow-up email needed to complete your submission. If you don’t receive it, email: info@keystonesymposia.org
   • You will receive separate correspondence from Keystone regarding the acceptance of your abstract.
6. Troubleshooting Access Issues
   • If the site doesn't redirect correctly, try the link again in an incognito/private window or after clearing your browser history.
