PLEASE NOTE: Conference lodging for our attendees is only held until December 14, 2026 at which time the hotel rooms are released to the general public. Once released to the public we cannot guarantee availability or the discounted rate! HOWEVER, DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THIS DATE TO BOOK YOUR LODGING! Please book as soon as possible as our conference lodging MAY still sell out before this date!

When emailing, please make sure you reference that you are attending a Keystone Symposia Conference to receive the discounted rate and provide your full name, number of people in the room, arrival/departure dates and payment information!
Cancelation policy: Rooms canceled more than 21 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund to the form of payment on record. Rooms canceled after the 21 day deadline will charged in full.
