General Event Lodging Information
Lodging for this conference is still available at the Delta Hotel Whistler but you must call 1-800-268-1133 and please make sure you reference that you are attending the KEYSTONE SYMPOSIA CONFERENCE to receive the discounted rate!
Cancelation Policy: All reservations require a credit card at the time of booking and one night's lodging plus tax will be taken as a deposit. Only reservations canceled more than 14 days prior to arrival will be refunded that deposit amount. After that, the entire stay will be charged to the card on file and will be non-refundable, no exceptions.
