Stephanie C. Eisenbarth

Stephanie Eisenbarth, M.D., Ph.D. is Professor of Medicine and Pathology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine where she is Chief of Allergy and Immunology and the inaugural Director of the Center for Human Immunobiology. Dr. Eisenbarth’s research focuses on understanding how dendritic cells, T cells, and B cells interact to regulate immune responses. Her work spans both protective antibody responses, such as those generated by vaccines, and pathogenic antibody responses, such as those involved in allergies and alloimmunization. Dr. Eisenbarth has experience in organizing international meetings, including the recent 2024 Gordon Research Conference on Food Allergy.
Jason G Cyster, PhD

Jason G. Cyster, Ph.D., is a Professor in the Department of Microbiology & Immunology at the University of California, San Francisco, and an Investigator of the Howard Hughes Medical Institute. He is widely regarded as a pioneer in defining the molecular cues organizing secondary lymphoid tissues and tertiary lymphoid structures that support B cell responses. He currently serves as the director of UCSF’s Immunology Training Program. Dr. Cyster is an elected member of the National Academy of Sciences and the American Academy of Arts and Sciences.
Ziv Shulman, PhD
Weizmann Institute
Ziv Shulman, Ph.D., is an associate professor of immunology at the Weizmann Institute of Science. His research aims to understand how antibodies evolve in response to vaccination, infection, and cancer, focusing on an antibody evolutionary process. Shulman’s work revealed molecular mechanisms that drive the increase in the affinity of antibodies in lymphoid organs using advanced imaging techniques. Furthermore, he examines the role of antibodies in more complex microenvironments such as mucosal tissues and human cancer. Dr. Shulman has successfully organized scientific meetings including EMBO’s 20th Germinal Center Conference 2022.
