General Event Lodging Information
Click here to book your lodging at the Fairmont Monte Carlo. When there, please select 'Attendee' from the drop down menu and proceed accordingly. Conference rate is available three days before and after the dates of the conference as long as rooms are available.
**Please Note: Each booking is non-refundable and non-cancellable. Each participant is responsible of no-shows, early departures, and cancellation. In case of individual cancellation 24 hours after reservation has been made, the hotel will charge the total room night revenue as a charge on the credit card given at the time of the booking. Any no-show or shorter stay will be fully charged to the individual guest onto the credit card given at the time of the booking.**
Conference lodging for our attendees is only held until January 8, 2025 at which time the hotel rooms are released to the general public. Once released to the public we cannot guarantee availability or the discounted rate! HOWEVER, DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THIS DATE TO BOOK YOUR LODGING! Please book as soon as possible as our conference lodging MAY still sell out before this date!
