Parking: There will be a charge of $10.00 for guests' overnight self-parking. 
Airport Shuttle: Complimentary shuttle from the Raleigh-Durham International Airport.  Call the hotel for pickup, 1-919-677-1840.
Food & Dining in Cary

The food included will be:

  • breakfast is provided each day as part of the Embassy Suites lodging packages (book through the lodging tab)
  • coffee breaks
  • Social Hour with light snacks during poster sessions

The food offered varies by site. Menus of the daily food offered, as well as menus for area restaurants, when available, will be posted on-site. Plan on bringing or purchasing snacks for in between meals.  Social Hour is provided in order to give attendees an opportunity to socialize, enjoy a light snack and participate in the poster session. Limited seating is available.

Outdoor Activities

Lake Crabtree is located about a mile from the Embassy Suites.  Old Reedy Creek Road Trailhead connects to hiking trails around the North end of Lake Crabtree as well as Umstead State Park.
