No need for a vehicle in Banff, as the town runs energy-efficient Roam buses to Banff's most iconic destinations.  Service runs daily throughout town.  Some hotels, including the Rimrock Banff, offers free passes to use the bus. Please inquire with your hotel.  SkiBig3 also runs free shuttles to the 3 ski areas.   

Parking Information

Overnight self-parking is available at a daily rate of $32.00 CAD per vehicle, plus applicable taxes. Valet parking is available at a daily rate of $45.00 CAD per vehicle, plus applicable taxes. Charges will be posted to room folios or to the master account. Space for oversized vehicles is limited and may be restricted.

Offsite guests joining the program will incur a daily parking charge will apply up to a maximum of $45.00 CAD per vehicle, plus applicable taxes, and will be the responsibility of the individual guests.

Food & Dining in Banff

The food included will be:

  • a buffet breakfast each day of the meeting except departure day
  • coffee breaks
  • Social Hour with buffet dinner during poster sessions

The food offered varies by site. Make sure to bring your own (or buy onsite) snacks for in between meals.  Menus of the daily food offered, as well as menus for area restaurants, when available, will be posted on-site. We encourage all attendees to participate in the Social Hour/Poster Sessions.

High Altitude Warning

Please be aware that this conference will take place at an elevation above sea level!
