Additional charge of $15 per night for self-parking.  This rate is for daytime or overnight.

Food & Dining in Fort Collins

The food included will be:

  • a buffet breakfast each day of the meeting except departure day
  • coffee breaks
  • Social Hour with light snacks during poster sessions

The food offered varies by site. Make sure to bring your own (or buy onsite) snacks for in between meals.  Menus of the daily food offered, as well as menus for area restaurants, when available, will be posted on-site. Social Hour is provided in order to give attendees an opportunity to socialize, enjoy a light snack and participate in the poster session. Limited seating is available.

Outdoor Activities

The Hilton Fort Collins is about a 10 min walk from the Gardens on Spring Creek.  The Gardens on Spring Creek is one of Fort Collins' premier cultural organizations. This 12-acre botanical oasis features carefully curated spaces that provide an escape for healing and retreat, rich educational opportunities, an annual concert series, and family-friendly public events. Fort Collins continues to be highly rated on lists of towns that offer exceptional outdoor adventures and access to excellent recreational facilities. A quick glance at locals enjoying the city’s 50 parks, 280-plus miles of trails, including paved and unpaved walking and biking trails, and you’ll want to walk or ride in their shoes for a day.

Fort Collins is also home to four recreation centers and swimming pools, three public golf courses, a racquet sport complex, two sheets of ice for organized hockey games as well as free skating, a skateboard park, and off-leash dog parks.

And let's not forget all of the camping, hiking, fishing, rafting, stand up paddling and kayaking options. Fort Collins is full of outdoor adventures for every type of person. These activities can all range from easy to difficult depending on what type of adventure you are looking for.
