• View our Meetings List to see the available meetings for the current season.
  • Click on the Green “Register” button in the meeting of choice.
    • If you have a current account with us, please proceed to log in here; enter the email address we have on file for you and your current password. If you haven’t logged in since September of 2022, choose “forgot password” which will reactivate your old account through our new registration portal.
  • Proceed through the 5 steps to register and pay the attendance fee. 
  • Saved orders cannot be processed in your account at this time. If receiving an error trying to process this, please start a new order to proceed. 
  • If you receive an error message or are not directed to a five-step registration process, please try this link again in an incognito browsing window or after clearing your browser history.

• **Please note: The green “Sign-In/Account” button currently at our home page is only for legacy account access to TKS, which includes scholarship applications. You are unable to register for meetings or to submit abstracts through a legacy TKS account and account information is no longer updated there, only through the meetings list and their registration links therein. If you have used a new email address for registration since September 2022 then your current account no longer uses the same email as your legacy TKS account.

• If registering for multiple meetings, please use multiple registration forms.
• Include credit card number, expiration date, card holder's name, and signature.
• Registration form and payment must be received by the Discounted Registration Deadline in order to receive that rate.
