Meeting Summary

Autoimmune and autoinflammatory diseases arise from a complex mix of genetic, environmental, and immune factors, and advances in genetics, disease modeling, and immune monitoring are beginning to reveal effective drug targets. However, clinical treatments do not take underlying molecular mechanisms and disease heterogeneity into account, instead relying on “trial and error” approaches that delay recovery and inflate healthcare costs.

This meeting will unite experts across basic science, translational research, and medicine to address these gaps. The program will highlight insights into disease mechanisms, systems biology and immune monitoring approaches for patient stratification, novel models for pre-clinical studies, and next-generation targeted therapies. By bridging basic and clinical perspectives, the program will drive new collaborations towards disease subtyping and biomarker discovery to enable early diagnosis and targeted treatment selection, while accelerating the development of more effective therapies.

This meeting will feature our People’s Choice Poster Award, an opportunity to highlight an outstanding poster presenter at this conference. Poster presenters will not only share their work with a global audience of peers and leaders but also have the chance to be recognized by attendees and win a free future conference registration! Poster presenters, who are not giving a short talk, are eligible to win, with one winner chosen by attendee votes.
