Unfortunately the block of rooms held for this conference has sold out due to overwhelming demand. Please use the email or phone below to reach the hotel to be put on a waiting list or to see if any cancellations or options for rooms are available that are not displaying on the website.
For alternate arrangements, we suggest Brewster Mountain Lodge and the Mount Royal Hotel. Both are a 5 minute bus ride from the Fairmont Banff Springs and offer affordable options.

Cancelation policy: A credit card to hold the reservation is due at the time of booking. At 30 days, a non-refundable deposit equal to 100% of the total stay is required. If guests cancel inside of 30 days, the entire stay is non-refundable.
